INTRODUCING THE PRIMACUT 69-882

Not long ago, gloves were considered just another uncomfortable but necessary piece of PPE that workers must wear. Leather was the material of choice for premium protection, while less expensive fabrics offered basic hand protection. Over the course of time there has been developed numerous engineered safety products aimed to provide both comfort and a safe wear.

At RONCO, bringing value to our customers while continuously innovating products and services, represents the core of our business. To ensure we keep ahead of market trends and needs, we are constantly looking for the best technologies available.

Our most recent research on hand protection showed that workers were looking for cut protection added to a precision handling glove. As a result, we have designed a new glove with a thin gauge and cut resistance properties. The PrimaCut™ 69-882 was born.

Cut Resistance

Understanding the term Cut-resistant is key in creating any glove under this category. To do so, picture a triangle with each point representing one element of cut-resistant technology: strength, hardness and rolling action. These three elements form the basis of cut-resistant technology. Though each element is self-sufficient to provide a base level of cut protection, the cut resistance truly starts to add up only when they are combined together. To produce a viable product, we need to start from the very beginning - the yarn.

PrimaCut™ 69-882

This glove provides the comfort and feel of a precision handling glove with cut resistance of ANSI cut level A2. Manufactured with special yarn equivalent to HPPE in cut rating, this glove is ideal for cut protection against light to medium material handling. Also, offers a combination of light cut resistance with the dexterity of a 15gauge. As an added benefit, our proprietary yarn has been developed without steel or glass filaments, providing the superior comfort that working hands need to eliminate hand fatigue even during long shifts.
